Research paper presentation

To finalize the course, each student is requested to study and present successfully a course related research paper. Some journal papers will be suggested, but students may also suggest other papers related to information theoretic security which need to be accepted by the course responsible teacher. In the final presentation, the student should summarize the content and highlight the key insights in a 30-min talk followed by a discussion, where it is expected from the student to understand every technical detail of the chosen paper. Furthermore it should be tried to evaluate the paper in a wide context: How reasonable is the scenario? What are the new concepts and insight introduced? How reasonable are the assumptions? etc. The date will be scheduled on demand.
