Erasmus+ documents

Please check with your home university what types of documents you need to have signed in order for you to receive your Erasmus+ Grant. They have the templates and they distribute the grant. Due to the high amount of emails we prefer that you bring the documents for signatures to the Student Office during the office hours. Please have them filled in with your name, dates etc.

Certificate of arrival
Will be signed in August/September. Arrival days and School Reception can be included.

Certificate of attendance
As a double degree student you are here/are a KTH student for at least 1,5 years (even though many of you will do your degree project abroad during the last 6 months). Many of you will recieve the Erasmus grant for the first year. If you need ceritficate of attendances signed, please have them signed at the end of the first year or preferably at the very final end of your studies when you are done with your degree project.

Changes in LA
Please try to wait with the signature until you know that you study plan is fixed.

After Mobility
Please write "see offical transcript" and attach the offical KTH transcripts to the Erasmus+ document. Do not re-write the grades and course names in the Erasmus+ document.  
The transcripts can be issued from your Personal menu at the KTH webpage.
