Chapter 9: 2, 4, 7, 11
Chapter 10-13: For the chapters on Ultrasound and MRI, there will be conceptual problems or simple numerical exercises based on the principles mentioned under the "What to read"-tab. There is no need to memorize formulas, the tasks will aim to prove understanding, not knowledge.
Recommended exercises:
Chapter 10: 11
Chapter 11: 3, 13 (except b and c)
Chapter 12: 1
Chapter 13: 1, 3, 3a, 21
Also, there might be comparisons between imaging modalities, such as:
- What is the difference between an MRI image and a CT image? Which areas have high signal and low respectively?
- What are the pros and cons for MRI versus CT? Are there some imaging tasks that are easy for one and hard for the other?
