Examination

There are three parts of the examination.

1. Hand-in-problems. There will be three sets of problems that you should solve. They will test your skill at using the methods learned in class. Due dates: Oct 14, Nov 18, Jan 12.

Code of conduct (Hederskodex). It is assumed that:-you shall solve the problems on your own and write down your own solution-if you in spite of this are using something you have gotten from somewhere else for some reason (a friend, a book, the internet etc.) you must give a reference to the source.Cheating will be reported.

2. Student presentation. There will be one exercise where students in groups are asked to read a research paper and present to their fellow students. More information in class.¶ 3. Exam Presentations on Dec 16.¶

3. Exam on Dec 18.
. The course will end with a written exam. It will focus on more theoretical questions.

Your grade on the course will be a weighted average of your results on the three parts above.
