In this lecture we will cover ch 11 and will
- Introduce various actors in the provisioning of Wireless/Mobile Services
- Model the cost for wireless access infrastructures
- Discuss the basic tradeoffs between Spectrum, Infrastructure and Energy
- Introduce the fundamentals of spectrum policy & licensing regimes
The lecture also serves as an introduction to the course
