The technical part of the seminar includes an overview of the blocks in the PHY layer of WiFi 802.11a/g (54 Mbps) followed by a discussion on how the rate could be increased to 600 Mbps in 802.11n and to almost 7 Gbps in the latest 802.11ac standard.
