Examination

The requirements for fullfilling the course are:

• Solving the four laboratory exercises
• Submitting the two assignments
• Presenting assignment 2 at the seminar
• Carry out a course project and describe it in a written report
• Present the project at the project seminar.

The grades will be assigned based on the project report and the two assignments. The report and the assignments will each be graded from A to F and the final grade will be assigned based on these three grades, with more weight given to the project. In order to receive a total grade X, the student should not have any grade that is significantly lower than X.

Note: in order to get a higher grade (A-C), you are required to make substantial references to relevant literature and/or the contents of the lectures.
