Project Management (of the work on the Assignments)

One of the intended learning outcomes of this course is to get practical experience from project management. For each assignment, one student will be designated as Project Manager. This person will plan the project work, follow up the progress, assess the risks, and report the status.

Some tools and ideas for project management can be found below

• GANTT charts 
• Work breakdown structure WBS
• Earned value management 
• Risk management 
• SCRUM 

Each project manager is free to use his/her methods of choice, but the customer (i.e. the examiner of the course) requires a standard form of progress reporting. Thus each project manager must edit and update the tables found here.
