Project Management (of the work on the Assignments)

One of the intended learning outcomes of this course is to get practical experience from project management. For each assignment, one student will be designated as Project Manager. This person will plan the project work, follow up the progress, assess the risks, and report the status.

Each project manager is free to use his/her methods of choice, but the customer (i.e. the examiner of the course) requires a standard form of progress reporting. Thus each project manager must edit and update the tables found here.¶
