The online documentation that you find at BioPython.org is for recent version 1.49, which was released late in the couand contains differences compared to what you find on the school computerse. CSC has version 1.48 installed, and there are someyou changes which become apparent in this lab. The BioPython tutorial we link to is for the version you need find documentation for it here!!
