These assignments are meant to introduce you to both the pattern library re and "re" and "Biopython".

Notice! The online documentation that you find at BioPython.org is for version 1.49, which was released late in the course. CSC has version 1.48 installed, and there are some changes which become apparent in this lab. The BioPython tutorial we link to is for the version you need!
