Your task

In this assignment you will make a description of the logistics processes in the supply chain of Guinness Beer. National Geographic made a wonderful 45-minute movie describing the logistics and manufacturing of this drinks manufacturer. It can be viewed online:

What you have to deliver:

-                2 (max 4)-page description of the international supply chain, including:

o   Raw material deliveries

o   Packaging and transport

o   Quality assurance

o   Signs of standardization

o   Key figures and numbers

-                A drawing (may be on computer) giving a graphical overview of the supply chain.

Try to be as complete as you can be, specifically taking up less direct sources of information in the documentary.
