Zsolt Toth-Pal

Zsolt Toth-Pal is an industrial PhD student empoyed by the Swedish material research institiute Swerea KIMAB as researcher in Kista. His research i focused on power electronics packaging, thermal optimization, cooling and reliability of power electronic modules and systems. He holds the degree of Technical Licentiate (Tech. Lic) in semiconductor technology and Master of Science in Physics, both  from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

He worked previously with semiconductor device development at Ericsson for 20 years and at Vitesse Semiconductors in California as product engineering manager for optical network interface products for 7 years. He worked also with RF system development for naval radars at Consilium AB and with sattelite communication and reliability at the Swedish Space Corporation.

Zsolt lives in dowtown Stockholm, enjoys skiing, swimmingplaying violin. He was born in Budapest, Hungary and moved with his familly to Stockholm at young age. He is a Swedish citizen.
