Xiaomeng Zhu

I am a WASP Industrial PhD student with Scania CV AB and KTH. I am working in the Production & Logistic Research Department in Scania and the Robotics, Perception, and Learning (RPL) department in KTH.

I am supervise by Atsuto Maki (KTH),  Mårten Björkman (KTH), Mårtensson Pär (Scania CV AB), and Lars Hanson (Skövde).

I am working on Sim2Real: Computer Vision for Manufacturing Applications.
Currently looking into generating synthetic images with domain randomization from CAD models, training object detection or segmentation models on them for manufacturing use cases, such as quality inspection and robot picking.
