Xiao Chen

I am a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Professor Jonas Mårtensson at the Division of Decision and Control Systems and co-supervision of ITRL director Anna Pernestål.  I'm also an affiliated Ph.D. student under the WASP.  Starting from April 2019, I've been working on different levels of control and management of automated vehicles, with a focus on platooning and traffic coordination at a region of conflict such as merging and intersections. 

Background: I was born and raised in China until I moved to Sweden when I was 15 and received my higher education in Sweden. I received a B.S. degree in Technology,  a M.S. degree in Applied Mathematics and a M.S. in Engineering all At KTH.  

In my spare time, I like to develop my skills in cooking, drawing, and sports such as basketball, body workout, and badminton.
