About me
I am a PhD student in the Division of Robotics, Perception, and Learning (RPL) under the supervision of Hossein Azizpour, with co-supervision by Lukas Käll. My research focuses on generative modeling and probabilistic learning, with application to biomolecule synthesis and modeling the flexibility of protein-ligand interactions. Currently, I have been working on regression and distributional approaches for molecular docking.
I hold a Bsc in Electrical Engineering and Automation from East China University of Science and Technology, and a Msc in Biomedical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, specializing in the analysis of biomedical data using statistical and data-driven methods.
