About me

I am a postdoc at the Division of Applied Thermodynamics and Refrigeration, Department of Energy Technology. My research areas focus on technological development of heat pump and thermal energy storage systems aimed at heating decarbonization. Now I am working on developing compact heat pumps for waste heat recovery at telecommunication base stations.

In 2021, I received my PhD at KTH with a doctoral thesis entitled:Integrating Latent Heat Storage into Residential Heating Systems. Then, I completed my first term of postdoctoral research at Tsinghua University, China, supervised by Academician Prof. Yi Jiang, dedicated to heat transport irreversibility analyses for seasonal thermal energy storage systems.

Having participated a number of research projects funded by international research programmes (e.g., EU H2020, EU FP7) and national key research programmes in Sweden (Effsys Expand, E2B2) and China (National Key Research and Development Program of China, project leader for NSFC young scientific funds) on heat pump and thermal energy storage technologies, I have enriched experience in experimental and theorical research on thermal engineering. My lifelong career goal is to contribute to the decarbonization of heat sector with practical heat pump and thermal storage solutions.
