Thomas Norrby

My work at Nynas AB is Senior Technical Coordinator for Lubricant applications. I also work as Affiliate Professor at Machine Design, Dept. of Systems and Component Design (SKD). My research interest is focussed on tribochemistry- what happens before, during and after a sliding or rolling contact event, such as these occur in, or between the mating surfaces of, machine elements in contact. My background is a Ph. D. in Organic Chemistry (KTH, 1997) and more than 17 years in the lubricants & base oil industry. Location Nynäshamn and Stockholm.
