About me
Christina Murray holds the position as chief international advisor to the president.
Since 1992, Christina Murray has been working with matters related to internationalization at KTH. Her previous positions have been as project manager of EU-funded programs and head of the KTH International Relations Office.
In her present position, which she has held since 2017, she provides strategic support and advice to the KTH management on international matters.
This includes managing the initiation of ventures with certain selected partner universities and regions as well as leading/coordinating various international events on behalf of the president/deputy president/vice presidents. She is also responsible for contacts with the Government Offices and the Swedish Royal Court regarding official visits, international assignments, and strategies.
Christina Murray also has the responsibility for overall issues concerning fee-paying students.
Additional responsibilities are:
- Coordinator of the University Alliance Stockholm Trio, an alliance between Karolinska Institutet, KTH and Stockholm University.
- Overall management and planning of the KTH bicentenary in 2027.
