About me
I am currently a post doc researcher at the Department of Real Estate and Construction Management. I have a PhD in public law from Stockholm University (2023).
My primary research interest concerns the realization of social and economic human rights, especially the right to housing, and the legal issues this raises. It includes issues that in national law fall within the legal fields of social law, administrative law, municipal law, real estate law, child law and constitutional law.
As a postdoctoral researcher I focus on the legal implications that follows the incorporation of the Convention of the Rights of the Child has for municipal housing and urban planning.
In my doctoral thesis "The right to housing within the social safety net", I analyze the the state responsibility to realize the right to housing for individuals who cannot arrange housing on their own.
