Stuart Brown

I am currently serving as a postdoctoral researcher specializing in the utilization of ionic liquids to enhance the capacity and energy density of supercapacitors. My academic background includes the successful completion of a doctoral program at RMIT University, Australia. During this period, my research focused on elucidating the solvent effects of ionic liquids on hen egg white and human lysozyme through a comprehensive approach. This involved meticulous characterization of the physicochemical properties of ionic liquids, as well as the solvation properties pertinent to protein interactions. Additionally, I conducted protein characterization studies utilizing advanced techniques such as small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS).
