Niklas Sandström
About me
Niklas is a researcher in the Önfelt Lab at the Science for Life Laboratory.
His reserach is focused on the development of a microwell chip platform that is used with advanced light microscopy for immunology reserach with applications in cell therapy and precision medicine.
Niklas received a M.S. degree in Engineering Biology with a profile in Biosensors and Microsystems, from Linköping University in 2007, and a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Measurements from the Division of Micro and Nanosystems, KTH, in 2015. Thereafter, he did a first PostDoc 2015-2017 at the Department of Microbiology, Tumor and Cell Biology, Karolinska Institutet, and a second PostDoc 2017-2019 at BioPhysics, KTH, where he is currently working.
