Shufan Ma

I am a Doctoral Student in the FinTech & PropTech Research Group at the Department of Real Estate and Construction Management, KTH. My research focuses on financial technology and tokenized fixed-income securities on blockchain, especially digital bonds in the financial market.

I am visiting the Centre for Technology Entrepreneurship, Technical University of Denmark (DTU) from April 2025 to April 2026.

My research is motivated by applying scientific inference and statistical analysis tools, subject to rigorous peer review, to contribute to applying sustainable and advanced technologies and improving human welfare.
