About me
Dr. Qian Wang is working as a senior researcher and project leader in Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering, School of Architecture and the Built Environment. Qian has a long experience of developing R&D and innovations in building HVAC and energy industry. His research interest covers a broad HVAC technology in both new and existing building refurbishments, using advaned digital tools and simulation environment to optimize their performance. Current research focuse on the integrated/hybrid low temperature heating system and high-temperature systems for low-energy buildings, development of machine learning and data-driven approaches in the application of future local energy community complex.
