About me

I am now doing my PhD in the division of fibre processer in KTH. Within the group, we are characterising nanocellulose materials including cellulose nanocrystals(CNCs) and cellulose nanofibrils(CNFs), and also spinning filaments out from CNFs which then show outstanding mechanical properties comparing to other bio-based materials.

I have been working on comparing the dynamic behavior of the CNF network in the flow channel and mechanical strength of the filaments. Also, trying to condition the drying environment of the filament and have an insight of the bonds between the fibres. The aim of these projects will be to optimise the CNF network in order to get strong filaments and further functionalize them.
