Seyedeh Fatemeh Mottaghi

I am Nazanin (Seyedeh Fatemeh) Mottaghi, a guest researcher in real estate and finance at the Department of Real Estate and Construction. I study digital finance, particularly in the area of issuing digital representations of assets on platforms using blockchain, DLT, and smart contracts (tokenization), with a focus on real estate tokens.
