About me
Mohammad Maghrour Zefreh is a Researcher at the Division of Transport Planning, KTH Royal Institute of Technology. He previously worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the same division within KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Prior to joining KTH, Mohammad was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where he received his Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering. Mohammad is also an Editorial Board Member of the Periodica Polytechnica Transportation Engineering journal and a Topics Board Member of Sustainability journal.
Mohammad's research focuses on two main themes:
1. Travel Behavior Modeling: He investigates methods to influence passengers' behavior to achieve a more efficient transport system and promote a shift towards more sustainable modes of transportation. His research also delves into how perceptions, attitudes, and habits impact behavioral intentions, ultimately leading to actual behavior.
2. Transport Service Provision: His research covers operations/control (disruption, delay, information provision), policy analysis (regulations, demand-supply interactions) and developing decision support tools (urban public transport, intercity rail transport).
