Research Profile & Publications Experimental methods and modelling of sound propagation and sources. An important part of the research has been related to acoustic scattering and optimal damping of sound in flow ducts. Recently works related to thermoacoustics and metamaterials have come into focus as well as noise prediction for aircrafts during take-off and landing. The research has resulted in over 5400 citations (h-index 35, i10-index 93) and 11 patents.
