About me
I am a doctoral student in Energy Technology, my research is focused on developing technologies to decarbonize industrial heat by integrating waste and renewable heat upgrade technologies with thermal energy storage (TES) across diverse industrial scenarios. My research activities at KTH are mostly performed in the context of SUSHEAT: Smart Integration of Waste and Renewable Energy for Sustainable Heat Upgrade in the Industry.
Background
In March 2018, I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering at the Universidad de la Sabana (Colombia), where I worked as a techno-economic analyst in the chemical industry. Then, in April 2021, I completed my Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano (Italy), where I worked as Process Engineer in the environmental industry, designing air pollution control plants and waste heat recovery systems for the glass and energy sector.
