Liyun Yang

I'm a PhD candidate at the Division of Ergonomics, KTH. My research focuses on physical work load assessment and prevention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders, using wearable sensors and mobile devices. I have been developing and validating technical measurement methods and algorithms for assessing physical risk factor. My research has led to the publish of a free iphone app 'ErgoArmMeter' for work arm posture & risk assessment. I'm also involved in the development of Smart Workwear system. My research is aimed to contribute to both practitioners and researcher for the improvement of work environment and work technique.
