"Integrating Computer Technology for Piano Learning through Performance Analysis"

The project analyses potential difgital applications in piano teaching to understand how digital solutions can be tailored to evaluate and improve piano student performance. The project has four key components: digital platform development, progress analysis through technology, feedback mechanism and interactive learning. Principal applicant is Maksims Kornevs, KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

The project suggests a model for the development process for digital decision aid for individuals invited to cancer screening in Sweden.

"Future Well Ageing – a community-based program for prevention and interventions using welfare technology for a healthy everyday life"

The overall aim is to develop models that support older adults' participation in everyday activities that engage and lead to well-being where welfare technology is used to reduce the need for primary- and homecare.The needs of older adults at risk/ with frailty and significant others participating in interventions using digital technologies and what is needed for successful implementation will be studied together with the older adults, significant others, informal carer and staff. Principal applicant is Karolinska Institutet.

"POSITIVE Maintaining and improving the intrinsic capacity involving primary care and caregivers”

This EIT-Health project brings elderly care to homes by constantly monitoring patients to improve the quality of life. Within the frame of the project several devices are developed to monitor healthcare conditions of elderly patients and to send reports to healthcare providers. Principal applicant is Servicio Madrileño de Salud, Spain. Co-applicants are KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Karolinska Institut, UPM and ATOS in Spain, and the Medical University of Lodz in Poland.

"ELISA Energy-effective Logistics and Infrastructure Systems Assessment for Cargo Ports”
The project investigates the infrastructure of smart roads and digitalisation of the port via a ‘virtual twin’ of Stockholm Norvik Port by using sensors. Principal applicant is Nicole Kringos, KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

PaveTheGame “Simulated environment for public project procurement”

Project created a set of simulated environments in which Trafikverket and the stakeholders in the road construction sector can experiment with the effects of different procurement methods on the economics, innovation and sustainability of infrastructure.

“Towards a logistics system for competitive and sustainable campuses in south of Stockholm: A simulation model approach”

Project provided a design for a simulation-based decision support system for competitive, attractive and sustainable logistics between KTH, KI, Södertörn University and companies based in Södertälje.

2012

INFROM “Integrated Intelligent Platform for Monitoring the Cross-border Natural-Technological Systems”

INFROM developed the universal common intelligent platform for unifying efforts of specialists from Russia and Latvia to protect the environment, based on the integrated space-ground cross-border monitoring.

2011 – 2012

“Simulation-Based Cluster Analysis and Optimisation of Vehicle Schedules”

Projects developed a framework for product delivery, tactical planning and scheduling deliveries to a net of stores.
