About me
I obtained a Mechanical Enginnering degree at Universidad Simón Bolívar, Venezuela, in 2006. I carried out exchange studies at KTH between 2004 and 2005, and attended several courses within the Sustainable Energy Engineering Master program that I completed obtaining a MSc in Mechanical Engineering title in 2008. I started PhD studies in 2008 and obtained a Technological Licentiate title in 2010 and a PhD in 2013. I am today an active researcher and engineering consultant in the field of Ground Source Heat Pumps. My goal is to build up a leading group within this field. I also help on teaching activities and student supervision at bachelor, Master and PhD level. I am engaged and have fun in everything I do. I enjoy teaching, both in the academy and in the industry, and spreading information and knowledge about my areas of expertise. I love sports and music. I am born in March 1982 in Lechería, Venezuela, and have also a Swedish citizenship. I am happily married to a fantastic wife and I have two beautiful daughters.
