Advisor to KTH management

Since 2011 Johan has been working closely together with KTH:s leadership and has been deeply engaged in building up KTH:s strategic partnerships program. Actively working with strategic intelligence. Johan represents KTH in regional, national and international strategic collaborations.

Director Strategic Partnerships

Coordination of KTH:s 13 strategic partnerships, including preparation and facilitation of annual management dialogues. Planning and execution of joint meetings on management level and involvement in larger initiatives.

Management and coordination of complex collaborative projects.

Involved in several international initiatives, both with industry and universities. Since 2013 he is project manager for national projects where HEI:s jointly develop capabilities for strategic collaboration. The last phase 34 HEI:s were engaging in 17 projects, where KTH was involved in 10 of the projects.
Coordinator of KLOSSnet, a national collegial network for the leadership role that are responsible for strategic collaboration at all Swedish universities.

Development and establishment of processes and systems for enhanced collaboration.

Project manager for several internal development projects, coordinator for KTH:s Impact work since 2013. Engaged in several assessment exercises, steering committees, project teams and platforms.
