Om mig

Magnus started his pursuit of a PhD degree in 2019 at the Mechatronics and Embedded Control Systems Group at the Department of Machine Design, KTH. The research is an industrial PhD project conducted as part of his employment at Zenseact (formerly Zenuity), Gothenburg, where he also has his main office, and funded by WASP. The topic of research is finding efficient strategies for arguing the safety of automated driving systems (ADSs) with focus on modelling traffic data to understand what the ADS should be required to handle. In 2016 Magnus received a MSc. in Engineering Physics with major in Complex Adaptive Systems at Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, which included two semester of exchange to Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, as part of the UNITECH programme. The MSc. thesis project was conducted at Fraunhofer Chalmers Centre and after finishing his studies Magnus started working in the automotive industry as a consultant at Volvo Trucks before joining Zenuity in 2018.
