Simon Gökstorp

Simon Gökstorp is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Network and Systems Engineering (NSE) at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, supervised by Prof. Pontus Johnson, Prof. Carlo Fischione and Henrik Eriksson. His research interests lie in the intersection of machine learning and cybersecurity, with a particular focus on cyberattack simulations, modeling, and automation.

From 2021 to 2025 he was a member of the EECS PhD Student Council and in 2025 also Responsible Doctoral Representative (PAD) for the NSE track of the Computer Science PhD program and represented the interest of PhD students on the school level.
