Gaehun Jo

Current research

Gaehun Jo is working on projects related to MEMS research with the laser micromachining and advanced selective chip packaging in wafer-scale.

Short biography

He received his B. Eng. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2017 and M. Eng. degree in Semiconductor and Integrated circuit in 2019, both from Chung-Ang University, Seoul, Korea. In Nov. 2018 to Apr. 2019, he worked as an invited researcher for an internship project at RISE Acreo, Research institute, Kista, Sweden. Currently, he is PhD student in the Department of Micro and Nanosystems (MST), School of Electrical Engineering, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.
