Eva Sandström Halén

I am a Business Development Coach at KTH Innovation and a KTH Alumni from Mechanical Engineering ("Maskin") with a specialization towards Industrial Management (Industriell Ekonomi & Organisation).

My background includes both experience in a technology, biotech and consumer environments, mainly in management positions.

I prefer to combine long term strategy with short term action and result. This is a summary of my experiences.

• CEO Ebba Biotech AB
  Ebba Biotech provides tools for optotracing – an innovative visualization method developed by scientists for scientists. Optotracing as a method has been developed by a team of researchers from Karolinska Institute, KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Linköping University in Sweden and is a result of many years of cutting-edge nanoscience and organic chemistry research. Optotracers/fluorescent tracer molecules are used to search, detect and visualise macromolecular structures

• Chairperson Board of Directors Mimbly
  Mimbly designs and develops solutions to change unsustainable behaviours, with a focus on water and microplastics. A Gothenburg-based cleantech company and team of innovators, driven to make sustainable laundry the norm. Sustainable laundry means washing with less water, microplastic pollution and CO2 emissions, without any compromises. The product, the Mimbox, is an add-on solution for those with professional laundry machines, such as facility management and housing companies. The Mimbox upgrades our partners' sustainability to a new level, allowing them to save natural resources whilst keeping their existing facilities.

• Audika, Managing Director Sweden (Audika is a subsidary Demant)
  Audika is one of Sweden's leading companies in private hearing care. We offer testing of hearing aids and other hearing aids. Audika has around 30 hearing clinics in southern and central Sweden and was formed in autumn 2016 when the hearing clinics Avesina, Audionomerna and Hörsam merged. Audika works on behalf of county councils and regions in Stockholm, Uppsala, Östergötland and Skåne. In Karlskrona, Kalmar and Västerås we have completely private clinics. The head office is located in Sundbyberg outside Stockholm. Approximately half of Audika's 200 employees are certified audiologists, and we attach great importance to our expertise in hearing and hearing care.
