Om mig
I am an associate professor (docent) of industrial dynamics and sustainable business models. Also, I am the program director of Master in Industrial Management, a theme leader at KTH Food Center and a faculty member at Digital Futures. Currently, I am a visiting scholar at SCANCOR at Harvard University.
In my research, I explore how industrial sectors – such as energy, transportation, mining and food – change over time and towards sustainability. I am interested in business and societal perspectives; and I collaborate with researchers from both technical and social sciences.
I teach various topics at master and PhD levels, such as research methods, sustainability transitions and innovation diffusion.
Currently, I am involved in two large-scale research projects: Artificial Intelligence and Industrial Transformations and Sustainable Energy Transformations in Aviation.
I have published in journals such as Environmental Innovation & Societal Transitions, Technovation, Energy Research & Social Science and Resources Policy, attracting more than 1800 citations to date. Some of my recent publications include:
-
A qualitative case study on transitions towards lithium-ion batteries
-
A multiple case study on autonomous buses, electric road systems and hydrogen-based steelmaking
