Emanuel Ström

I am a PhD student under joint supervision by prof. Anna-Karin Tornberg and prof. Ozan Öktem. My research field is called Scientific Machine Learning (SciML), which can be broadly characterized as the development and analysis of machine learning algorithms for solving physics problems, with a heavy focus on Partial Differential Equations (PDE). My current research is on SciML methods for multiscale PDE and optimization algorithms for Physics-Informed Neural Nets (PINN).
