Elin Hellblom

I am a Ph.D. student at the division of Transport planning. In my research, I work with a new model to calculate the capacity for the railways in Sweden, both for lines and stations. The model will contribute to more precise estimations and be used both to analyze the existing infrastructure's capacity as well as to investigate what effects a changed infrastructure and/or timetable would have on capacity utilization.

I earned my BSc in Civil Engineering and Traffic Engineering (2018) and my MSc in Transport and Geoinformation Technology (2020) at KTH.
