About me
PhD student in Hoffecker's lab, department of Gene Technology at SciLifeLab (Stockholm, Sweden).
About me:
I am a computational method developer with a particular interest in spatial networks. My research is centered on developing techniques for imaging biological systems using DNA. These methods not only simplify 3D imaging but also hold the potential for extensive multiplexing—imaginelabeling each molecule in a cell's transcriptome while also knowingwhere they are.
My work involves
- Statistical network analysis
- Graph representation learning (ML on graphs)
- Dimensionality Reduction
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, and hiking. If you're interested in our work feel free to connect with me, I am always up for a nice discussion.
