Chu Sun

Chu Sun received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2012 and 2015. He obtained Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, Canada in 2021. He is now a researcher in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. He was an Assistant Professor in Beihang University from 2021 to 2023. He previously worked as a project coordinator at McGill University funded by the InnovEE program, and an intern R&D engineer at OPAL-RT Technologies funded by MITACS Canada.

His research interests include control and stability analysis of power electronic converters, microgrid control and DER integration, motor design and drives.
