About me
I am an associate professor in machine learning in the division of Robotics, Perception and Learning (RPL). My main research interests are in the areas of deep learning, both generative and discriminative, understanding their mechanisms, and advancing them particularly through equipping them with reasoning, inductive biases, uncertainty estimation and knowledge transfer. I am mainly focused on computer vision as the general application field and am interested in impactful, interdisciplinary projects, including life science and physics.
