About me

Ana Rusu is Professor and Leader of the Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits and Systems Group, at the Division of Electronics and Embedded Systems, Department of Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) School at KTH. From 2013 till 2017, she was Director of Doctoral Education (FA) at the School of ICT, and from 2018 till July 2022, she was vice-FA at the EECS School.

Ana Rusu received degrees of Diploma Engineer (M. S. degree) in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the Technical University of Iasi, Romania, in 1983, Ph.D. in Electronics from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in 1998 and Docent in Circuit Theory from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2006. Since September 2001, she has been with the KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

Her research interests include energy-efficient low/ultra-low power circuits and systems for biomedical and wireless communications applications, energy harvesting and power management, hybrid spintronics-CMOS systems, Ising Machines, circuits using emerging technologies (graphene, SiC), monolitic 3D integration technology and EDA/CAD tools.

She has participated as PI or co-PI in several national and international research projects and has authored or coauthored more than 150 international scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings, books and book chapters. She was Associate Editor for IEEE Solid-State Circuits Letters till 2022.
