Research experience
During the period 1997 –2000 participating in student and researcher exchange program ( financed by Swedish Institute, ” Visby Program”), co-operation between Warsaw University of Life Sciences and KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Responsible for laboratory and field experiments in projects related to the development of reactive filter substrates.
PhD student and research training at KTH from 2000 to 2009.
Researcher at KTH from 2009 to date. Participating in several research projects funded by Formas, Stiftelsen Lantbruksforskning, Vinnova, Swedish Institute, The Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket).
Project leader for the project “Ecotechnology for sustainable development (EcoSud)”. A collaborative project between Ukraine, Poland and Sweden, 2011-2013, funded by the Swedish Institute.
Responsible for the laboratory work packages of the EUREKA/Aquaeu project SWIM, 2016-2017.
Responsible for the laboratory and field work packages of the I-SLAG project (Vinnova/Jernkontoret) 2015-2016 and the MINRENT project (Vinnova/ Jernkontoret) 2016-2019.

I was co-supervisor of two PhD students (Raúl Rodríguez Gómez 2018, Ezekiel Kholoma 2017). I am main supervisor of one PhD student (Lena Jonsson, defence 2024)I was member of evaluation committee for PhD defence 2020 at KTH (candidate Nureldin A.A: Gido).
