About me
PhD student - impacts of driverless vehicles
My interest is in the interactions between emerging technology, large infrastructure systems, and society. My PhD project is on analyzing the potential impacts of driverless vehicles in the future transport system. I view technology as being both shaped by society and society-shaping. Transport modeling is at the core of my research but I am using multiple methods and seek to integrate approaches and ideas from many fields such as systems engineering, policy analysis, future studies, sociotechnical systems and history of technology.
Current projects:
Previous projects:
- System-level impacts of self-driving vehicles
A multi-year project together with Trafikverket and VTI. The project aims to build knowledge about how self-driving vehicles can impact the future transport system - System Level Impacts of Automation, Electrification, Digitalization for Long-term Transport Planning
- Future scenarios for the digitalized freight transport landscape
Since 2021 I am collaborating with Einride. I am researching the impacts of autononous electric freight transport within the EU-project ePIcenter on behalf of Einride.
