How do you get early market feedback and make sure you have a good idea?

Welcome to this training workshop held by KTH Innovation focusing on “Talking to customers- how to get early market feedback”. When you have an idea, getting input and feedback from customers and users is crucial to decide if it is a good idea or not. What questions do you ask? How do you make sure you get unbiased answers and relevant info? How do you conduct meetings? How and where do you find people to talk to? These are areas we will address in this hands-on 2 h workshop.

This workshop is for students and researchers at KTH, who are developing or thinking about developing an idea. Knowledge of how to interact with customers and validate your idea is always going to be useful.

Organizer of this workshop is KTH Innovation and Business Manager Daniel Carlsson, who has more than 10 years' of experience of taking new ideas to the market.

What will you learn?

The main objective is to learn more about customer development such as;

  • How to ask the right questions and talk to customers and users in a way that benefits you
  • How to perform and advance customer contacts and conversations
  • Who to talk to and when
  • How to get contacts and start conversations
