How do you get early market feedback and assure your idea is good enough?

Welcome to the workshop “Talking to customers" on how to get early market feedback, held by KTH Innovation. When you have an idea, getting input and feedback from customers and users is crucial to decide if it is a good idea or not. The valuable information can be used to decide on how to develop your idea further.

But what questions do you ask and how do you make sure you get unbiased answers and relevant information in return? How do you conduct meetings? How and where do you find people to talk to? These are areas we will address in this hands-on workshop.

Who is this for?

This workshop is for students and researchers at KTH, who are developing or thinking about developing an idea. Knowledge of how to interact with customers and validate your idea is always going to be useful.

Organizer of this workshop is KTH Innovation and it will be held by business coach Daniel Carlsson, who has more than 10 years' of experience of taking new ideas to the market.

What will you learn?

The main objective is to learn more about customer development such as;

  • How to ask the right questions and talk to customers and users in a way that benefits you
  • How to perform and advance customer contacts and conversations
  • Who to talk to and when
  • How to get in contact with right persons

When: 20th June 2017 at 11.30-13.30. You are welcome to bring your own lunchbox. Coffee is on us!
