How can we make shared housing happen?
This was the theme for a policy workshop to identify hinders and create solutions to support building shared housing in Sweden.
There was participation from the across building sector with actors from municipalities, building companies, student housing organisations, NGO’s, and coliving associations partaking as experts in law, rent setting, fire regulations and much more.
This was the third and last of the policy workshops in the DelBo project. Now, we will process the results and write a design guide for shared housing that will be released in April.
