Research Engineers in Machine Learning

Job description
We are now looking for research engineers to work up to six months with machine learning methods and research in projects that are ongoing in the RPL department. The duties include supporting the ongoing project, such as (but not limited to) training machine learning models, implementing baselines, and preparing datasets for machine learning research.

Qualifications
Requirements
- A graduate degree or an advanced level (higher education) in the research subject or equivalent competence.
- We see that you are independent in your work and have no problems collaborating with others.
- You already have subject skills and professional skills in the relevant field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with AI frameworks
- like PyTorch, Tensorflow and/or JAX.
- Fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- You have awareness of diversity and equal treatment issues with a particular focus on gender
equality. - Background knowledge in multimodal representation learning and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with processing physiological data (e.g., EEG, fMRI, MEG).
Great emphasis will be placed on personal skills.
